  • Antibodies in mammals are formed through the biosynthesis of genes from three separate chromosomes: heavy chains and the kappa and lambda light chains.
  • Humab's transgenic antibody platform (SynTheseTM) is engineered so that the three massive genomic sequences in mouse chromosomes are replaced with human genes.
  • The resultant SynTheseTM produces fully-human antibodies that fight against disease-causing antigens.
